Coloma WI is located in the Coloma Township of Waushara County on State Highway 21 right by the I-39 / 51 interstate.  The town is relatively small with a couple gas stations and small business but features Coloma Park with a playground and regular events including the annual Chicken Chew!  Around the town are several recreational lakes including Wood, Pleasant and Mecan Lake which is the head waters for Mecan River, a well-known Trout Stream.

Just a little to the west is an Amish Community that offers a Fresh Bakery, fresh picked Organic Vegetables, Greenhouses, Store and more…  Surrounding most of Mecan Lake is a large parcel of public land which is closed part of the year for Waterfowl protection.  The area consists of rolling terrain with small hills and valleys, wooded land including oaks and pines with farms and farmland mixed in.

Richford is a little little town use a couple minutes east of Coloma off of State Hwy 21 on Cty B were the famous Ice Age Trail runs through along the Mecan River.

Cottonville WI is located on Big Roche-A-Cri Lake off of State Highway 13 in Preston Township.  This area is a mix of full time lakehouses and vacation getaway homes on and off water.  There’s a couple commercial properties on the state highway, a boat storage which had to be rebuilt after being damage from the April 10th 2011 F1 tornado plus and old gas station convenient store that is no longer operation.

Davis Corners WI is located a little southwest of the main intersection of State Highway 82 & 13 in Jackson Township.  Jackson is a nice recreational area filled with fishing lakes and creeks it’s also a farming community sent in the rolling hills & valleys Central WI.  State Highway 82 runs east and was as County Road G runs north & south which are the main arteries for the town.  Davis Corners consists of 6th Ave, 5th ln, Freedom Ln, 6th Dr. and 6th Ct which is a farming community.  There is a church, cemetery and farms that serves the area.

ABOUT: “Dellwood Subdivision” is right by Castle Rock Lake with some waterfront and deeded access lots located in Quincy Township of Adams County in Wisconsin.   This LARGE Adams County Real Estate Development has lot sizes mostly under ½ acres. Dellwood is just North Adams County Park and South of Northern Bay Golf Course. Because Dellwood is an older subdivision there wasn’t much for protective covenants allowing everything from camping, single wide mobile homes, cabin, A-Frames, residential homes and half a million dollar lakefront log homes. Many of the lots are too small for today’s standards to build on, so you normally need 2 to 3 lots to build.  Strongs Prairie Township also features 50 miles of horseback riding trails and thousands of acres of public land owned by Wisconsin River Power Company who built Castle Rock Flowage back in the 1940’s.
