Archer Forest WI is located in Rome Township of Adams County, Central Wisconsin along Lake Petenwell on Cty Rd Z.  The development was created about 2005 by an area developer.  There is a large power line that cuts through the development were the Osprey and Bald Eagles nest in the poles which is quite a site.   The area is filled with public land, ATV routes, Snowmobile trails, boat launches plus access to several lakes including Lake Petenwell, Twin Lakes, Tri-Lakes; Arrowhead, Camelot and Sherwood.
